By using this website you agree to these terms. Requesting an audit, submitting a form, or signing an engagement letter constitutes additional acceptance of the commercial terms stated in that letter, which prevail if they conflict with this page.

Services described

Pages describe professional audit and review engagements for fintech operators. Published fee ranges are informational. No binding contract arises until both parties sign an engagement letter. This site does not process payments or provide checkout.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and downloadable materials remain the property of Web Service Connect or its licensors. Working papers and reports produced under an engagement letter are licensed to the client as stated in that letter; they may not be republished as marketing endorsements without written consent.

Accuracy of site content

We aim to keep descriptions of audits for fintech current. Field practices, regulatory expectations, and fee references may change. Reliance for commercial decisions should rest on a scoped proposal, not solely on website copy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Web Service Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in the signed engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

User conduct

You may not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful or misleading information. We may refuse or discontinue correspondence that is abusive or outside our professional scope.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts located in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless an engagement letter specifies a different dispute mechanism for that engagement.
