About
Web Service Connect exists to help licensed fintech operators in Taiwan prove how controls work when money moves, exceptions age, and supervisors ask for samples by Friday.
The practice grew from examination war-rooms inside payment and remittance firms along Taiwan’s east coast and Taipei corridors — places where policy binders looked complete until someone asked for last Tuesday’s break list. We formed Web Service Connect to offer that same fieldwork discipline from the outside: independent, time-boxed, and written for boards and counsel who must act on findings.
We start with your licence and product flows, not a borrowed bank checklist. Interviews happen with the people who clear settlements and file incidents. Working papers stay concrete: owners, sample sizes, evidence locations. Reports rank what to fix first when calendars are short.
