How Web Service Connect collects, uses, and retains personal data related to website visits and audit inquiries.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Inquiry details you submit (name, email, message, licence type, preferred dates, selected audit)
- Newsletter email addresses if you subscribe in the footer
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, when analytics cookies are accepted
- Engagement records needed to deliver audits for fintech once a letter is signed (business contacts, interview notes)
Purposes
We use data to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver engagements, improve site content, and meet legal or professional record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiry emails without a resulting engagement are retained up to 24 months. Engagement working papers and reports follow retention periods in the engagement letter and applicable professional requirements, typically five to seven years. Analytics data, when collected, is retained in aggregate form for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Taiwan. If subprocessors (for example email or hosting providers) store data outside Taiwan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and will identify those providers on request.
